The discussion board is now available. The board is intended to increase the communications between people using this website, whether you participate in an MBS Fitness program or not. We can all learn a bit from each other.

MY BREATHING IS A MESS...MY STRIDE IS GONE AND MY BREATHING IS LABORED THROUGHOUT MY DISTANCE RUNS.

Hey James,

This is a great question to submit for Coach Murphy to answer in her weekly FAQs. I will submit it for next week.

 

It sounds to me though that you may be running at a pace that is faster than what your fitness level is capable of supporting. I would think you would find it helpful to slow your pace to one that you can maintain evenly throughout your entire workout, but you may want to wait for  the Coach to answer this one. I know you recently completed a fitness evaluation. The results of the evaluation can be used in a marathon training program to determine the exact pace and distance you would need to complete each key workout, to make the most of your training time.
